Cloudflare accounts
vamomail manages domains on Cloudflare accounts. You start with one; add more only if some of your domains live on a different Cloudflare account.
The account vamomail itself runs on. Its domains need no setup here; they show up on the Domains page ready to import.
Add another Cloudflare account
Create an API token on that account (Cloudflare → My Profile → API Tokens) with Zone: Read, DNS: Edit, Email Routing: Edit and Email Sending: Edit. vamomail stores it encrypted.
Sending
A domain can send to anyone once it's onboarded to Cloudflare Email Sending (Domains page shows this per domain). Until then, Cloudflare only delivers to the verified addresses below. Sending uses the Workers Paid plan: 3,000 emails per month included, then $0.35 per 1,000, with a daily cap that starts low and rises with your sending reputation.
